with reference to the possible delay of the twinsets arriving, distribution to the dealers and its effect on the preorder for the plaque.

1.from what i have read the order form for the plaque comes with the set and needs to be returned to dealer or yourself prior to 3/1/03. (having not preordered one with biante direct)
i understand there may be manufacturing schedules to meet but will this time be extended if the twinsets are not distributed as previously planned.

2.will any plaques come with the original sets or will all plaques come at a later date?....there seems to be some confusion with collectors

Terrine.

1) The twin sets will be delivered on time, exactly as planned.

2) The plaques will all be released next year (seperate to the release of the twin sets). None will go out together with the twin sets.

if the industry wont regulate itself it is obvious we have to do it for them
is this the truth or not

I've got one of Biante's 1:18 Chargers for sale in Vitamin C. Yours for, oh I don't know, think of a number then treble it, say $450. I can post it to anyone who's interested once it's been released and I've managed to buy one. Also the Mad Max XB for $500...

I wouldn't buy them from that seller if they were the last ones on the planet and were $1!

What are you guys going on about? That shop is listing them on a 10 day auction and the models will be in stock by then. They quite categorically state that the plaques will be shipped next year - just as Biante do on their site. I have paid for my set with them at that same price which I believe is normal retail. Don't forget you get two 1:18's and a plaque - it's not one model!
