Another left of field question - 1/18 VicPol Decals

Hi all - sorry if i have been asking a few wierd questions lately ( my mind seems to be thinking about my future projects ) - i was wondering if anyone knew of a person who does 1/18 VicPol decals as i'd like to do a code 3 or two - specifically a Falcon and maybe one or two ther evaluation cars .

If anyone has done this kind of project before would they be kind enough to tell me how they went about it please as i'd be happy to have a guide
