Who is making what?

I have a question ;
In 1/18 F1 who is making which team and are some of the teams make by both?
#1 ;Williams "Compac , made by Minichamps ,"HP" , made by coldwheels. this model is of the wrong colour and the modelling is below minichamps. Is Minichamps making this late variamt as well or do we have to put up with Barbie.
#2 ;Mclaren "Kimi" made so far by hotwheels, and is well below the last years edition of Minichamps. Same Question as for Williams.
All the other teams ,I do have a handle on ,but this is a question of will I wait or do I have to put up with a lesser moddelled item.



By the way; If there are any tractor model lovers on this forum,
SIKU has made a couple of lovely models of Lanz Bulldog #3459 and the Hanomag R40 #3460 in 1/32 scale they are very nice.

Sorry, not a tractor lover.

I only collect Toyota F1, so Minichamps is all I worry about. And I'm thankful that they got the licence to do so as Hotwheels (or Coldwheels as you playfully refer to them) are below par on quality. I don't know what Ferrari were thinking when they gave/sold them the licence - maybe $$$$$.

I would say both Williams and McLaren would be Minichamps productions, even if Hotwheels make them. Surely this would be continuing a trend that has been going on for a few seasons? But I can't be sure, so I doubt I have added anything to your query. Sorry. :(

I concur with you - it does matter who makes it. Hotwheels just don't cut it like the company from Aachen.
