For all you Subaru fans check out this radio controlled 1:43 model of Makinnen's 2002 Subaru from a new company called Ripmax

The car is suposedly of IXO quality, with features like working headlights and indicators that turn off after you have gone round the corner. The model recharges on its display stand and a 3 minute charge will last for approx 8 minutes. All for approx A$ 100.

I wonder how long it will take before we see R/C cars from Biante, IXO, Autoart or Minichamps ?

Perhaps my previous post wasn't clear. I agree R/C and slot cars in 1/12, 1/18 & 1/32 have been around for a long time but rarely (if at all) have we seen R/C cars in 1/43. From what I can see you are currently only offering R/C cars in 1/24 ?

In the past R/C cars typically weren't all that accurate or detailed (although admittedly that has changed in recent years). To the best of my knowledge this is also the the first 1/43 scale R/C to offer 'diecast' accuracy & detail (if the blurb is to be believed ?).

I have had the slotcar Subaru wrc2001 rally Portugal#13001.
had it now for a couple of weeks and the detail and presentation is outstanding, to good to race just in case I do loose control and damage the creation. Highly recommended.
