I have just received the EBBRO premium collection No#3 ;
Honda F1 RA301 1968 Mexico GP J. Surtees .
This is the third in this series and does make an awsome display
for you who do collect Formula 1 this is a model to consider.
These are not well known and this is the reason I do bother to tell the people of this forum.

Is this the one in 1:20 scale? I've seen them, impressive, but not for $100US price point. Also, the "odd" scale doesn't "help" at all. If I'm not mistaken, there was a 1:12 scale version of this racer made sometime ago by Tamiya (Not a Kit). That one is a rarity. I haven't seen one on eBay at all.

Yes it is 1/20 scale and yes they are $200 each but not having them is not an option.
The scale difference is not worth worrying about, they are magnificent and sit next to the same era exoto's and Onyx's
What a set these 3 make and the driver is Mr. John Surtees
The Tamiya 1/12 scale is the Honda RA272 v12 Transverse
Ritchie Ginther Mexcican G.P. winner 1.5 liter capacity the retail price at issue at 1996 was then 250 UK pounds
the rear panels come off to expose the engine bay and exhaust configuration plus suspension. It is a BIG model and has to be displayed on it's own.
