Cosworth(FORD) chasing Walkingshaw personaly!

Ford Motor Company through Cosworth is taking legal action against a Holden major franchise holder (Tom Walkingshaw personaly) according to the internetsite Daily F1.
Maybe due to the fact that a personal payment was apperantly made to cosworth to get the black boxes to run the engines in the U.K. G.P. . That could be a VERY expensive episode and again what could be the fallout in the HRT team?
So this is a real Ford against holden scrapp and who knows what this all will entail.
Minardi is this year running with Cosworth branded Ford engines in Formula 1 .
Tom seems to be in the corner where the hits are coming to him

Instead of being at the 2002 Japan GP,Mr Walkinshaw was at the mountain watching Skaife dominate.What a coward,to afraid to face Bernie and Max.
Maybe Audi have dropped thier le mans programme to focus on F1,like what Toyota did and Allan Mcnish could return to F1 with Audi F1(he won le mans for them).

What is the problem with Walkinshaw being at Bathurst?. He could have gone to Japan and sat in an empty pit box with nothing to do or he could go to Bathurst and watch his team, drivers, mechanics, etc do what they do (and do it well). Bernie and Max would have his phone number so they could contact him if they needed to.

I think it was great that he was out here supporting TWRA despite the problems brewing at home.

Audi has not dropped their LM program, they have rebadged it as a BENTLEY and I do agree with you that their is a BIG chance of this company going into F1
Mc Nish has been apointed testdriver with Renault and will be in action on the Friday of every GP doing the extra testing allowed to 3 teams including MINARDI with JOZZ the BOZZ and Justin (Langer)Wilson :D
