Is there a chance ,as Biante is the Minichamps dist. ,plus many other brands, that through Admin ,we could get some news etc from the show and maybe some pics like I saw on another forum i.e.1/18,Sasol Jordan - Hart and more of these sorts of goodies.
plus news like the making of the Minardi also in 1/18 plus the Jordan and the Jaguar with Webber depicted in it :D

Ferrari fan, do you know whether Minichamps are releasing a 1:18 road-going Sierra RS500? I've been trying to get info on various models for a while (Porsche 956/962), with little success. Plus, someone at AutoArt let slip that they would be making the Group B rally cars in 1:18, but since that little snippet, nothing! I don't even know where I might find this sort of news/product info...

As Minichamps do have the mould of the RS500, one can be reasonable be sure that there will be others to follow
There is a seller in canada claiming to have already another 1/18 DTM RS500 for sale and an Arrows #3112074374 "Ducalfem" but to me they are pics from a 1/43 and this person looks like doing the same as the "bananabenderdealer with the XE last week.
I heard that the RS500 will be done in a variety of models and a roadgoing one could be a safe bet.
There are pics floating around of the German toyfair in different forums. Good luck in finding them.If I find them ,I will try to let you know.

I've seen photos of a 1:18 Minichamps road-going M3 E30 (black) and so I'm just waiting for a red one (or even the Sport Evo), and presumably it would be possible for Aussie versions to be made. And the white Sierra RS500 in the Toy Fair pics has just arrived at my local model shop, so fingers crossed they will make the road car, "only" 16 years late! It does surprise me sometimes how long it takes (if at all) to make certain models - the Group B rally cars have been made in 1:43 for some time, but still no 1:18 apart from the Kyosho 037 Lancia. And the real things came out nearly 20 years ago!

Every year Minichamps make a special model for the Nurnburg show. This years model is the Mercedes CLK limited to just 528 piece (see attached picture). Lets hope Trevor is bring a few of these back to Perth in his suitcase for us !
