I don't think Biante have ever made a racecam in any of their cars yet.
This topic was discussed a while ago & here's a link to what happen last time.

i read the older discussion, but the matter never was resolved. Just wondering if admin can clear it up once and for all and tell us if the little gizmo next to the inside rear vission mirror inside vts and vx race cars is a racecam and what other cars if any had racecams.

Yeah, you're right Nick, they're the lipstick cameras I was talking about in the other thread. It's the small and understated touches like this that make these models so great.

I think this is where common sense comes into play !!!

Obviously Biante are going to continually improve the quality & features of their models & sometime there will be price increases. Its' part of the reprocussion of getting a higher quality & more detailed models.

The diecast genre has been increasing at a rapid rate lately & the up side is that, with more models from various manfactures comes competition (which usually drives better product & lower prices for us collectors).

Remember if a model was released at such a high price (say $1000) no one would purchase it, so I wouldn't expect to see one that high, in the near future (at least from Biante anyway).

Don't forget that its' not just the features & size of a model that depects the price. With the Australian dollar currently at a 2 year high compared to the US (most countries deal in US dollars) I wouldn't expect to see prices in the short term. However if the Australian dollas falls again, the price will again rise.

I for one hope that one day the racecams are placed in the models & I know there are too many of us collectors would be prepared to pay that little bit (not a lot more thought) extra to get a superiour model.

cheers.:D
