To Moby (and anyone else in Perth).
All the main swapmeets are advertised regularly in 'The Sunday Times'. Look under either 'Matchbox' or 'Models' in the 'For Sale' section of the Readers Mart. You'll also find plenty of models advertised in the same section of the newspaper - but most are overpriced !

The Beckenham Community centre ,off Williams road, which is off Great Eastern Highway, this one is the venue since Thornlie Comm centre was redevelopped.

This is a diecast collection fair only. as is the other one which is run by the exelent club of West Australian Model Collectors Club Inc. which also brings a most informative "Showcase" monthly magazine . the editor is non other than "Jager"

V8 coupe , the Geelong swap meet is on Sat May 17th, gates open 07.00. Castlemaine opens at 06.00. My friend said that they are sometimes advertised in the trading post. The other main ones are Wangaratta, Ballarat (held last weekend) and Bendigo.Bendigo is the biggest in the southern hemisphere and is held mid November.
Hope this helps you.
