Following the news that Biante dropped the Minichamps agency last month, have they also dropped the IXO agency ?
There were a lot of future IXO models listed as under development, but those have been removed from the website and now there are only the current IXO models in stock that appear.
Does Biante have plans to drop other 1:43 manufacturers as well in order to concentrate on their own series of models ?

That would also mean Sunstar since IXO is part of the Sunstar group. Sunstar is still on the site. Curious

ixo where dropped lmid ast year, We still continue to sell Sunstar. We had issues with ixo and it was time to move on from them, just like Minichamps.
We still plan to sell agency lines that we want to sell.

iXO Models range is manufactured by Sonic International (Toys) Ltd ... perhaps you are confusing the iXO Models brand with the Vitesse brand in 1:43 scale ?
Vitesse in 1:43 scale and Sun Star in 1:18 and 1:12 scale are manufactured by Sun Star Model Developments Ltd.

Probably get someone lynched for this (me?) but if you check out the ixo site there is a link 2010 Yearbook on the right side. It shows what looks like all of this years releases. Should I say that it is well worth a (teeth grinding) look for the Rally boys. Teesdale 6R4, Salonen 85 205R16 (Finland) which are at least 12 months behind schedule, and lots more.

Thanks for the link Lee. I may have to get the Teesdale 6R4 to go with my Rally NZ one. I'm constantly surprised that given how long NZ has been running for, how few cars have been produced for this rally. After all, how many different variations on TdC cars do we actually need?

Not so sure on that Bill. I seem to remeber a code 3 you got done of your car. Maybe we need to talk to Lachlan for the 1/43 version. And yes, when I saw the Mustangs that was my first thought.:o

Some overseas retailers are also showing a Kyosho version of the 350GT.
http://www.trax-models.co.uk/images/uploads/KY03123dd.jpg
The Kyosho will be approx 30% more than than the IXO but is likely to be the superior version. The fact that there are also pictures of the pre-production Kyosho suggests it might be out before the IXO as well.
There goes my IXO -Ferrari road/F1 collection....
I guess you guys will have to source IXO and Minichamps stuff over EBAY or your privately imported stuff from your retailer....
