Hi all,

I am a newbie here... I am actually quite new to all of this...

I recently purchased my first model, which is a BMW. I want to customise the paint on it and have it resprayed. Seeing as though i am new to this, its not something i want to take on myself yet.

Would anyone know of anyone out there that does this kind of thing? Im quite desperate and have no idea where to go for this!

Thanks in advance for your help guys!

Welcome to the forum.

There are a few of us on here who respray/customise models, personally, I'm too busy, but a few names to enquire with are Rascot, Suparoo, just put a search in for code 3, you will find the info you require.

No Idea if he stil does it but GRPIII ( that's his forum name) did a cracking job of painting a car for me to give to my dad for his 60th , that was over five years ago and it still looks like new.He was in the Sydney area then .

Why don't you buy a real cheap Maisto model and practice on that first. Then give it a crack yourself?
Otherwise, you'll pay $40 postage to get it to someone and back and then the cost of the paints plus paying them to do it for you.
