Don't panic Holden fans. All is well...the cars will race.
Thats all I can say at this stage.

admin, you say its all you can say at this stage, but may we speculate??? if so, id like to speculate that maybe possibly by the sounds of things, would biante have anything to do with the ownership of HRT???? what do others thinks, or ideas....
As much as I'd like to see BIANTE being the owners, I don't think they'd have the financial resources to fund such a venture. (Unless they are secretive billionaires)
On the other hand, maybe a larger proportion of the overall sponsorship would be nice and a much larger BIANTE banner on the cars would look good too.
I for one would not like to see that happen. You guys can do what ever you want with your money, but I have better things to do with my money than support HRT.
To sponser a spread of cars is great, to invest all into HRT.....

I may be a ford fan through and trough but dont want to see hrt out of the racing not that the fact that i like them but victory will bee sweeter if we bet them on the track it really no mean effort to bet cars that are not one the track .i for one dosent want to see a victory like that.

Logically HRT to be owned by HSV.
KMart Racing to be owned by ?????

didnt holden buy some of HSV back in 2000 pushing their share over 51% ownership? so wouldnt that mean that HSV couldnt own HRT either. i think theres been some under the table contract signed selling HRT to whoever the lucky buyer is but holden still has full control over it.
i cant wait for BRT (Biante Racing Team) :)

I believe that a mountain has been made out of a mole hill.
Why ?
Because at the end of the day Holden has always had a controling interest in HRT & K-Mart racing (over previous years) & so it will only require some paper shuffeling from Holden to meet TEGA's ownership rules. I couldn't imagine Holden selling away one of their best assets, could you ???
Imaging Dick Johnson selling his team to satify a rule, I couldn't see that happening & the same can be said for Holden & HRT.
For example, Holden may say that Rod Nash controls Team Brock & Murhpy Racing runs K-Mart, with Geoff Gretch owning HRT & this will satify the manfacture ownership rules, but we'd all know it was Holden putting up all of the dollars.
The same can be said from the point of view that they all operate out of the same square block in Clayton (Old Nissan Factory), with only some walls separating them. They say that they operate indepently & wjhile this may be the case it doesn't look good with all of the cars living so close together.
Hopefully all this is put to rest asap as I'm sure there isn't too many teams who would want to win in Adeliade if they weren't there.
cheers.:D

It will be interested to know who's names are on the pieces of paper as far as ownership goes.
