Ford/Holden Show. Brisbane

Any other collectors in brisbane going to the ford & holden show at the r.n.a show grounds ? it should be good ! There will be a few cars there from brisbanes xr6/xr8 car club of bris!! (my car club). and some classy holdens too of course.

blu_butterfly, mate just go up to any one thats with the cars at the show and tell them you want to join or call (07)32663830 and ask for david & libby! they will be more than happy to help out!

Only thread I could find on this hope someone might be able to help. Question is when and where is the ford/holden show this year (2005) last i heard it was at brisbane convention centre but unsure on the dates. Be great if someone has an answer of sorts. Thanks

My mate Brett is planning on putting his LX SS Torana hatchback in this year. It is blue, running 327, toploader & 9 inch with billet wheels. I will be there helping him set up and popping in throughout the weekend. I was hoping to have my XY back on the road and in the show by then, but I have decided to take my time and finish it properly. I have all the bits for it now except extractors and exhaust. It is giving me something to tinker with over winter.

When is this show on??? and where?? We have an "XR" and may be interested in going......the car is an XR GT the only one like it Aus. twin-turbo,10.6 sec 1/4 mile,street driven,top qualifer at Willowbank(qld) and is at present for sale so it would be a great place to put on display.(All time slips and write ups are available)
It is in Cairns Nth. Qld at present,racing in Townsville this weekend.
