I got some great frames for my Holden Heroes HRT posters the other day at Aldi. They are $20 each and the posters look sweet in them. I'm going to get proper matte borders for them made up. The posters are just sitting in them so I can see how they look. Just need one more for my 2002 poster.

Attached is a pic.

Glen - they look excellent. Might have to take a trip down to Aldi. How much do the matte borders cost to get made up?

I haven't got the borders done yet, that's just the paper that came with the frame. I'm going to buy a few more and store em away for the coming year's posters.

Bernoo.... I have a Falcon one you'd like too. A Blood Orange GT falcon poster signed by Craig Lowndes, Glenn Seton and David Besnard. Will take a pic and post it tomorrow. I wouldn't even wipe my butt with a pic of your car bernoo!!!!! Might make it dirtier!!! :p

Malik,

I got all these posters from the V8 Supercar rounds over the last few years. Every year they do a Series of Holden Heroes posters with all different teams. Check out ebay, you see them on there sometimes.

Malik,

I was going through my posters the other day sorting out the ones I need to get laminated and I have a few from this years spare and also last year I think. Will need to double check what they are though. Just cost you a poster tube to get sent to WA ;)

Before I get them framed properly, I'm gonna get them signed. Hopefully get it all done at Bathurst, shouldn't be too hard!! Yeah right!!!

Glen. I have some signed but the ones that are currently not signed I might just try and pick a few more up at Bathurst and get them signed then. As for the ones from previous years it doesn't phase me...

I know I am missing 2 posters from 2 different years. Will have to check my list when I get home and see if anyone can help me out.

I think I have a few of the Holden Heroes ones from the other years. I only really want the HRT ones, so work out which ones you might need and I'll see if I got em and I'll bring them to Bathurst with me.

Not too back Glen, now if i could only find a black version to house my 5 piece Dick Johnson poster set that would be great.

Like you I got them signed at the track, but with the demise of PI for next year, some of my other DJR stuff will have to wait a little longer before I can get them autographed.

I always like going on the Friday of the weekend as it seemed to be the best time for chasing the drivers for that all important autograph, much better than race day as the driver always seemed happy to have a short chat, etc....

cheers. :)

Great stuff Glen. Do you have them all hanging up ?

I need to go through some of my posters I think.

There all hanging up in my room. After Bathurst when I get them all signed I'll get them done properly framed in these frames, at the moment they're just sitting in there without a matt border, just the white background that came with the frame.

I just need to get one more red frame for my 2002 HRT Holden Heroes poster. And a few more for the next few years, incase they stop making them sometime down the track.

That's a good idea Glen. In years to come when you sit back and look at all the posters they will look even better in all the same frames.
