I have a devil yellow monaro. Not that I want to sell it but I was just wondering wat people would pay for this fairly rare model?
market value is around 250$ maybe a bit more maybe a bit less.
thats for the hsv gts yellow, do you have the yellow monaro or the yellow hsv coupe?

Now that they have released the Series II Monaro in Yellow Devil, I don't think many people will pay much more for it. You can buy it for $99 now. But the HSV Coupe would have to still fetch around the $200 - $250 mark.
I have both the HSV GTS Coupe, and the Series II Monaro CV8 and I'm in the process of painting a HSV GTO Coupe in Yellow Devil too. That way I have all three versions of the Yellow Devil Coupes.

I have the monaro and a racing green HSV coupe. Why paint the coupe because won't this just destroy your model? Fair enough that the series 2 is out but these are the first ones that came out and for that reason wouldn't you think they might fetch a bit more?
Check out this pic it's of the SST concept ute. I think we better get stuck into BIANTE do produce one of these it looks MAD!!!
People modify models because they wont something unique, im doing one but its on the back burner.
With the yellow monaro, I really don't know, you may get 200$ or more, but im not really sure now because of the series 2 yellow monaros available now.

I am respraying a Sting Red GTO Coupe which I paid $70 for, and have the correct decals to go on it. Biante haven't, and most likely won't make a Yellow Devil GTO, so I'm making one myself. When it's finished, I'm very confident it will look like one straight from the AUTOart factory. So to answer your question about ruining the model, no, it will make it look better in my opinion. :D

I'm not sure why anyone would seek out this particular model given that some asking prices are over the $200 mark. The series II re-run is almost identical and costs less than $100.

I think the Series II looks better with the different wheels and VY interior anyway.

Ummm...
I still prefer the classic look or the series 1 that mesmerised everyone when it first came out.
I have the series one devil yellow (the only one I got cos I think it's the best looker of all the CV8, GTS, and GTO derivatives).

My fave out of the threesome is the GTO Coupe, that's why I'm painting one myself.

side note.....the wheels on the series II are the ones that the designer (of the CV8) actually wanted on the series I, but was held back for the VY.....
I've got both of the Yellow Devils & they look fantastic - so good that I just had to buy both of them :D !!!!
cheers. :)
