1:18 VY Ute?

I browsed an online hobby store today, and came across a pre-order diecast section where I discovered a white A/art Commodore VY SS. I'm sure I've read something about a VY ute release elsewhere on this forum in the past, but am baffled as it's not mentioned anywhere in the 'development approved' or 'in production' listing on the Biante website.

Anyone?

I think you will find that Biante are doing the VY SS Sedans and Classic Carlectables are doing the VY SS Utes

We have approval for, and will be making, both the VY SS sedan and Ute models. Once some more info is available it ill be posted on the website.

I thought both are doing the VY utes..

Both are doing BA Falcon's/FPV's and XR8's so why not VY's..


after seeing both companies BA FPV Pirsuit ute concept models and how close they are it is going to be interesting to see if both do VY utes how close they also are going to be..

yeah, this model was definitely labelled Autoart, or A/art at least.

I'm sure the standards will be high. I don't own an XR8 model, but am waiting patiently for the GT fords and utes to arrive. I think (and hope) the VY sedans will be available this month?..........

For those that have a BA Falcon in 1:18 in their collection, could you tell me if the engine bays are colour coded to the car.

And admin, why don't the AUTOart HSVs have colour coded engine bays? Is it a cost cutting thing? I colour coded the engine bay of the Yellow Devil GTO Coupe I am doing and it looks so much better.
