Question to master collectors

I just ordered the first piece of my collection, the 'Green eyed monster". I am planning to take it to Barbagello, and have it signed by both Lowndes and Crompton. My question is: how do these signatures effect model value ? I would think it should increase it, but being new to this mania, I'd rather ask the question from the experts. Thanks guys.

We have left room on the Certificate for Craig and Neil to sign.
Don't ruin a good model by a) signing it and b) by carting it around a race track all day.
Buy a silver ink pen, take the Certificate to the race and get it signed. Then you will have the ONLY one of that number for that model signed!!
