Ford XW GTHO Phase 1

I was wondering if Biante will ever release a XW GTHO Phase 1 1:18 model.
I know there is a Phase 2 but why isn't there a Phase 1.
The only difference is the Phase 2 has 5 slot rims & the Phase 1 has 12 slot rims.
This would complete my father inlaws collection if there was one made.

He owns an original Phase 1, which he bought in 1970 & would love a model of it

Correct the Phase 1 GTHO is 351 windsor powered and phase 2 and 3 is 351 Cleveland powered.
