Porsche Pictures and EuroLand Auto Miscellaneous

While Im in Euroland I will try and take pictures of everything interesting in the auto world, from Porsches etc, to old Opel Manta's plus everything in between.

The first pictures are a special orange 911 which belongs to Porsche Motorsport. This car is looked after by Apprentices's who are training in the motorsport division. It is there project car which they set up and pull apart on race - technical development days. Its a awesome sounding car and it took me 4 days to track it down and take some pictures of it from behind the fence.

The black ones are the ones carrying the highest premium - I was told they go for 40% over list in the UK!

No worries, I keep them coming! I have been lazy this time while in Germany and taken the camera no where and missed out on a lot. (A Jaguar E-Type owners day for example).
I will get my act together and start down at the Porsche and Mercedes Museums and snap away.

Here are a few Porsche Race Cars. The good thing about them is that you can still smell the oil and grit and they still get raced today. MMmmmm....... old motor oil smell;)

Hubba hubba! I'll have the GT1 thanks, and keep the 956 for weekends........Interesting that several of them still have their entry number stickers for the Goodwood Festival of Speed! They are regular entrants I suppose.
