Has anyone seen the mock-up pictures in the new issue of Wheels of the 2005 Monaro? Looks absolutely brilliant to me.

If the actual car turns out anything like their "artist's impression" it's finally going to have the look of a real old-school muscle car.
Plus with a new 6 litre, possible 295kw motor & new exhaust system with twin pipes, it'll have performance to match. (I hope white is a colour option this time as I think it would really suit it)

Since I won't be able to afford a 1:1 scale version, I can't wait to get my hands on the 1:18 AutoArt edition - hopefully we might even get the boot spoiler on this one (please Biante - the car doesn't look complete without one, I reckon).
:D

if you can't wait for Rob's pictures to be cleared, there are some links in this thread to pictures of the car in question.

At least now you will be able to tell a Monaro from a Commodore when they come towards you. :)
