Mate the 1:64 is the gun car, especially the way it is presented. They aren't all presented in the same way. The 1:64 is premium as it comes on a special baseplate with a map of Mt panorama and the years of Brock's 9 wins (although it should say 10) there wheras the 1:43's are nearly $100 (more on ebay) and aren't on a baseplate and the 1:18ths the same. For me the 1:64 is THE one......

Couldn't have said it better myself. Must say I was impressed with the presentation of the 1/64. I got one each for my kids and they love them.

I originally only wanted the 1:18 model, as these are the only models I collect. However when I saw the 1:64, I couldn't resist. And for only $26 I had to get it. I am even contemplating getting the 1:43 twin set to complete the collection :)

1:18s are my choice and i only bought the brock/plato car in that scale.
1:43s i dont really have an intrest in them though i bought one of the team brock 2003 cars in 1/43 because there was just something about that car that made stick out more than in the other scales.
1:64s im scared i might step on them because they are so small but ive got a few anyway ( all still in one piece:D ).
your best choice in my opinion is the 1:18 , ;)

I would go the 1:43 Box set. As Biante's 1:18 scale Holdens just dont have the quality and level of detail that makes them worth $165.00. But i do have the 1:18 Brock/Platot car as i had no other choice its either miss out on it and have a hole in my collection or buy it. But there 1:43 are quite good. Still dont like the height of the rear spoiler though :(

Yeah,if you could somehow custom convert a VY CC that would be much more accurate.
But i would go the 1/43 set,its the best looking and most accurate model by far out of the 3 scales.

Thanks in advance:)

Actually the 1/64 's are limited to about 4000 but don't have a COA , 1/43's are limited to aprox 2,100 odd with certificate and 1/18's were aprox 5,100 aren't they . I would like to be more acurate with the 1/43's but I'm still waiting for my 1/43 which I pre-ordered with my local hobby shop .
The details are actually listed somewhere at the beginning of this thread .

Dwarfs , my correction again as Admin posted the amounts at the bottom of Pg.6 on the Brock's last Bathurst thread , I quoted the wrong thread before not just once but twice .
I don't know , I'm having one of those days , and a massive migraine as well .
Maybe tommorrow will be better for me . I hope .
also the 1/18 's final amount was amended as was the 1/43 's compared to the amounts that admin posted on that page , it would have been nice for the 1/64's to have a COA too , but oh well can't have everything I suppose .
Anyhow Cheers
Jim .

according to my COAs
1:43 twin set is 2168
1:18 #05 is 5100
As for 1:64's well its fair to say theres x amount of any car produced, I mean once they stop producing them theres no more being made!
Whether Biante was specific with the 1:64s I dont know, but they didnt come with a COA
Now I was going to buy the 1:64 but I was told I could only have 2 items autographed, which for me were the 1:18 and 1:43 COA's so I kinda never brought the 1:64
Ive seen it tho and if you can get it RRP (around 26 bucks) go for it, I'm quite impressed with the 1:43 twin set, especially with the way its packaged so thats my other suggestion.
Youd be lucky to find a 05 in 1:18 scale tho, correct me if I'm wrong but Ive been looking and I find it hard to find either the twin set or the 1:18 unless you pay extra for it on ebay!

I favor the 1:18 scale on most models this one was a must, but i did like the idea for twin pack 1:43 so i score it then went to Bathurst.
Stewart on this forum was good enough to grab me one of the 1:64 on his Club 1 card at HRT for $22.50 so guess what like everyone has been saying go for the lot save your self the hassel of deciding
