Possibly the same  !!!

At least they are maintaining the status quo for this year. Consistently inconsistent.

cheers.

They took their time coming to that decision...

Did he even earn 50 points at Indy?

Absolutely rediculous, Ambrose copped $10,000. Points to Kelly mean nothing at this stage.

I would have thought that to finish 3rd in the championship is a big issue.

This will now be harder to achieve.

Sick of hearing about it....... time to move on, looking forward to seeing some good racing in Tassie, lets hope it's with out any controversy for a change

I think it's starting to turn people off the sport.

Not really, the penalty just been announced so why not talk about it?.

My 2c, $5000 is not enough when compared to Ambrose, I suppose you could argue that one action was deliberate and one wasn't, just stupid - you choose.

Quite funny, was getting Skaife and Murphys autograph at Symmons and was getting my HRT jacket signed by Skaifey when I heard someone ask Murph if R. Kelly would get his points back and Murph said 'he needed a miracle'.

The V8 supercars are in desperate need to change points and the judiciary system. This season has be soo disappointing. One thing as well was the procedure for drivers who achieve the same points at the end of the round (Skaife-Ambrose at Oran park). It should go down to qualifying. You also have to remember that that RicK Kelly has tarnished his reputation and he has publically apologised for his actions. I as a holden fan was digusted to see him loose the championship for himself for once, and then knock out Holden's best chance. I never thought that Bright would of won the championship tough as he starts years brilliantly and finishes diastroustly, especiialy with Either sandown/queensland and Bathurst in the last 4 years where one of those rounds has gone pear shaped for him.

I agree. I think some transperancy in the judicial system needs to happen too.

I don't understand the discrepancy in fines for the Indy w/e

I thought Rick only apoligised for taking out Bright (Holden), what about the rest of his behavour for the Indy weekend.
eg Turns Ingall around at 1st corner of 1st race. (another contender bites the dust)

Murphy is driving well, and also very fortunate to have such a great team mate circulating ahead of him, carving up the opposition (WreckingRick).

Penalty:
Joke: $5000 - Rick, $10000 - Ambrose

Another stupid decision in a year full of them.

The judiciary system really needs an overhaul, the penalties dealt out should be the same, regardless of the team and or make of the car involved.

Well said. Amen to that!
