Hello -
If you could be more specific as to what is broken on what car, you might find that someone here may have the parts to help you out.
Other than that, I'd PM Vampyre (sp?) He's built a solid rep out here.

There is a guy I use. His name is Aryl Dite:D

hi mate sorry bout the wait
mmm on that one i think for memory the hinges are located under the front seal and are made intack with the bonnet so im afraid on that one your going to have to live with it or get hold of a bonnet from somewhere and respray it to match your model
sorry

when you gently shake the model, is there any rattle? if so, the rest of the hinge could be inside, if not, then you have a problem.
having a look at my XU1, the hinge is very thin at the curve compared to the other models so im not surprised its broken,
as for repairs, if the end of the hinge is in the car somewhere, it is possible (although extremely complex) to pull the car apart, and glue the two parts of the hinge back together using something like 'ZAP' glue or something similar.

My model torana a9x option has a screw that holds the rear shocky in place undone is there any hidden screws etc that would make the job of fixing it a nightmare?
Help ppplease

i think on that u have to take chassis ut to fix the screw it does take time so work out wether u want to first cause they can be a pain getting them back together

If it's a thin hinge dogleg broken it may be possible to resolder it back together - it won't ever be as strong and I'd recommend not opening it at all but it'll be together.
I'd like to see if any hobby shop has some inhouse servicing. Undoubtedly the repair may exceed the cost of the model unless it's a white XY GTHO etc.

I do want to fix the problem, just abit unsure on how to go about it ,I dont want to force any thing that may just have a screw that you cant see, does the petrol tank lever out or slide out how many screws hold the chassis in,does the interior come out with the chassis?
Just a few hurdles I need to get over,
