I'm sure we'd all appreciate you're input into what is a most perplexing question

they are both making this car but i'll get the biante one for the brock collection.
i also remember admin mentioned that they were the only ones that had the license for monaro's in all scales so what happened there?

I collect both model brands, and have no particular allegiance to one or the other, however
I received the latest Classic Newsletter today and on the front page was a mention of the 2003 Monaro with a big "In Production Now" plastered across the picture of the model.
I guess time will tell to see if both manufacturers bring this model out

Ditto here as well. I collect Cars for the memories they bring, in most cases, I've collected both brands for a long time. If someone brings out a better model than the one I already have, I buy it (funds permitting) but that doesn't neccesarily mean that I'll sell the older version.
Eg I have 5 different version of the Bathurst Winning Cortina (Seton), the Corgi is the one with the least amount of detail (Thats my opinion)

maybe the talk over on the other forum about court action is suposedly about biante having the only license for the monaro?

I have both versions of the 05 Monaro on order.
It doesn't really fuss me if Classics don't make it however, I'd really like to know the status of this model with rumors of court injunctions etc.

As Classic's have already made the 2002 MONARO 24hr isn't this a moot point?
Or am i missing something?
Cheers,
Timbo.

I was told today by one of my model suppliers that "both" Biante & CC were making this car. I was surprised by this but, he reminded me of cars that have been or are going to be done by both companises. Such as the Firth/ Gibson 1967 Bathurst Winner.
I can only imagine the heated discussions that will ensure from both Biante & CC supporters about the discrepancies found between the two.
It will interesting to see the talk about the comparision of the front grill again , for one:D

Front grill should not be an issue with the Red car...It never overlapped the bonnet;)
it will be interesting to see if biante can get the ride height down on this one traditionally their cars have tended to sit a bit high at the front and having the yellow car sitting alongside in my display this will show up pretty bad.

Why not buy the Classics one?
If I had the Yellow 2002 car, then I'd definately buy the Classics version. As these are only models, there are inherent errors in them and as such these will be highlighted by having different brands!
i was just wondering if it was possible to get the reflective signage on the 05 monaro? admin?
