2005 livery for V8Superscars

Anyone have any pics or links to find all the new paint schemes for the 2005 V8Supercar series....

Only one that is out is the Autobarn one but thats not even the correct one.

FPR is due to release there scheme this week and 888 will be releasing there livery next week.

Probably expect Britek some time in the coming weeks as well...

The lowndes 888 pic of car is out. Not much different to last years
have added a bit of silver round bottom of front spoiler and at rear of car with the roof silver not yellow as last years. But the reat is almost exactly the same as last years!!!

I not sure, but I was under the impression that Triple 8 were going to reveal a new livery for the 2005 season, but I'm not sure when.

im not a fan of the front of the winner's drawing - black and white chequering never got my attention......

altho i do like the dominant red. but i still think the blue pre 2000 was the way to go.

id have to agree with that thekid_600, but it is a very creative design. ive just never really been a fan of chequered designs.

should look alright on the car though if they do chose to use it

Well. A few of you guys wanted a change in GRM livery. Anyone see it in Auto Action? I hate it.

Wayno - I saw it and thought it looked pretty good. It follows the lines of the VY.

What about the mock up of the KRT car - it looks crap!!!

That livery winner for HRT doesn't do anything for me... Hope it is nothing like it. I wonder if they will show any other ideas.

I would think with the release in under 2 weeks that the livery has already been put to bed. I doubt the competition will have any bearing on this year!

I don't think the HRT comp winners livery looked too bad ,it's a bit too much like the 2002 livery though in respect to the b+w checks.
GRM livery is still fairly dull,need something more eye-catching imho.
I agree the mock up of the KRT cars looks fairly ordinary (I wouldn't go as far as to say crap though)
SCAR is the best livery I have seen for this season so far,looks awesome!

i really want to see the Pirtek livery - i wished they'd put a tiny bit more yellow on it.

and the T8 livery.

so far tho, id have to agree the supercheap one is very very catchy.

I didn't like the front of the GRM car. It looks like they just sprayed the front dark blue and straightened off the edges. The dark front makes the car look 'nose heavy' to me.
And yes, I hope the Kelly Racing car looks nothing like what was on the cover of Auto Action. Something more like the 97 Young Lions car would be more to my liking.

Just an oversight by the signwritters. When you have to do 5 different team cars before the Avesco day - mistakes a bound to happen.

I like the new Ingall livery and think it is very daring and bold.It will be great to see it 'live' on the track.I like the silver and greenish blue with the greenish blue wheels.Very effective.
The BJR BOC cars are outstanding and think they look terrific.Good to see they have kept the reverse scheme's.
The GRM car looks better but I still feel they could have done more with it.
I think the Super Cheap cars look quite good as well.
Looking forward to the new DJR cars, SBR Pirtek and waiting on the 888 and HRT schemes.
Should be interesting!

thanks Glenn! this is my favourite livery so far, bar none. (no bias because of lowndes!!) this has won my heart for now.

you can see the silhouette of "8" behind the "3" on the 37. similar to the Team Brock cars when they had 54 and 50 behind an 05 silhouette. very very neat indeed.
