What is PayPal?

I'm looking at things from overseas but am kind of set back becasue of payment options. Is PayPal similar to a bank deposit? If it is is it hard or easy to do?

Go back to ebay,and there is a page on paypal it tells you all you will need to know,I have used it a couple of times,with no worries.

In a nutshell, Paypal is an online bank and transaction dealer which is owned and run by the ebay corporation.I have used this system for about 3 years now and find it works well.
As Footy says though, have a look on ebay or go to www.paypal.com and it should explain how it works. :)

I use Paypal as well and have found it to be really handy. I find that even a lot of sellers that say they won't post overseas will change their mind if you pay using a Paypal account.

I have just started to use pay pal it came in handy when I was looking for decals for my 1/18th Rothmans porsche.
I found the decals in the U.S.A. and used pay pal. I had no problems at all just wish more places used it. :D
