I just want to ask 2 questions which maybe admin could answer......1: Is there any plans to make a Red or Blue or White version of the XU-1 Torana and 2: Is there any plans to make the whole line of Holden Monaro's...ie the HQ,HQ350,HQSS, LE, HX, HZ.

Dear Admin
Will there be a re-tool on the wheels for 73 XU-1 race cars ?
I know it was probably a question of $$ at the time , but the wheels on Brocks 73 No1 car were not quite accurate.

p.s. I have some closeup pics of what they should be if required......

Red seems to be the most popular color in the Road Cars XW ,XY two reds ,XA ,A9X,SLR 5000,R8, and GTS.

Personally, I'd prefer 1/43, but that's just me. Surprisingly, the most popular colour in the real XU-1's was WHITE. Biante has done this car in 1/43 (I have it) so I'd love to see a race model, someone's, anyones!

Just wanted to bring up this old thread to ask a question of admin.

When will we see the Red and White XU-1s in 1:18? And how about an orange one too? I've been holding off buying a yellow or green one to get any of these colours.

We have just finished research on the LC GTR and XU-1.

In production at the moment are 1:43rds of the LJ in Sunburst and Gunmetal.

1:18th in Tangerine is also in the pipeline as is Dicks 73 car.

1:18th XU-2 in Strike Me Pink will be out by years end with all the CORRECT information coming from Harry Firth, who built the 4 cars.

I haven't got a pink car and have been contemplating painting a car pink for reason (maybe it's just the lack of bright colours in my collection), but not sure which car I should do, anyone think of any other cars that look good in pink? How about a Ford Cobra, pink with dark pink stripes. And the Tangerine XU-1, in the words of one Montgomery Burns, EXCELLENTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason Pink suits the XU1 or XU2, would be hard to imagine it would suit Ford muscle cars,or VTs i think there size would make them look too Pink
Have seen a 1/1 SS Hatchback getting around in Strike me Pink , A matter of Taste you either like it or Hate it no in Between.

Hope the XU2 has a Bond 1/2 Roll Cage in it,Dont know if it suppose too ,but it would look good with a Black Cage.
