Is it just me or is the Australian release of the 2004 GP winner with Rossie at the bars ,made by Minichamps, delayed?
It seems that this item has been out in Europa/America for a fair while.
I for one am trying to get all the "Rossie" Motorbikes.
I am also eagerly awaiting the Barrie Sheene RG500.

Was released a few days ago and went in a flash!!
Wonderfull model indeed.
There are differences with the Pre season testing Yamaha model.
These are mainly in the rear fork design and lay out of it.
Now the next one,I presume, is the Valencia 2003 special model.
This one will not see the shelfs for sure.
It is/will be in the same league as the "flowerdesign" NSR 500 of 2001 Imola. Imposible to get.
I do not have any other Rossie MC's other than the 2003 and the 2004 models sadly.
But.... that is the joy of collecting, the hunt for Red Oktober

I missed the first two NSR 500's and have started searching for them , needless to say the first one is quite difficult to find and goes for quite high prices , surprising as it a bit cruder than the later releases , the second Nastro Azzuro bike (with Repsol on the lower fairing ) is easier to find on e-bay outside of Aust , with the last few going for 50GB pounds or so . My collection starts with the Mugello flower bike and is waiting for the blue YZR m1 and the Valencia "Austen Powers" bike which is already appearing on italian E-bay . I also have the 1/6 Rossi RCV211 by Minichamps and its a beauty , shame the faiing is non removable.
Like Bert says , its the thrill of the chase.

Well BE QUICK!! as the 2004 Yamaha is released and the numbers are VERY limited!!
I have the 1/6 Ducati 996R Troy Bayliss WSB 2001 Worldchampion.
I realy like this one.
Also have the later one and made some decals for it which makes it more appealing.
The Japanese and German Road machines are also in my collection and they are all a work of art.
I am not interested in UK oilsweaters, I give them a miss.
There is a Honda 750 K2 in 1/6 scale on the books which is believed a pearler.
Bring on the race bikes as per the Minichamps catalogue, please.

These are now available in the UK!
Hopefully we will get some as well, as he was rather popular all over the world.
Just spotted this picture of an Auction on WW Ebay.:)
