Biante auction feedback

Does anyone else find that the way Models are listed on the auction website a bit enoying? In that the listing shows $0.00 and then you find out once you have opened the auction that the minimum starting bid is over the top. Or is it just me?
Ebay have it right, they have the auction listed as the starting amount with no bids. That way you already know they want to much for it.

I mentioned this on an Email through the Contact Us page on the site, only to end up being told flat out that I was wrong.
:(

Just wanting to know if anyone else has had such a pleasant experience with giving feed back before?

What I find annoying is that we have a thread that mocks overpriced ebay auctions yet no-one mentions the outrageous prices being asked for models at Biante auctions!!!
I've seen some models with asking prices almost double what u can already get on the actual Biante website!
I know what u mean though, items with a reserve set that don't always mention that there is a reserve.I once thought I had won an auction only to find out that I hadn't due to the bloody reserve not being met!
Stick to ebay mate if u want a bargain:rolleyes:

Do you mean the fact a lot of listings state "No Reserve" but when you go into them, they have a "starting bid of a hundred & X dollars"....In other words, in my book a Reserve !!??

Both B A and Ebay have there good points and bad points. Ebay is good because you can find a bargain, but their communication to members is pathetic! You have to go through all sorts of crap to even email them! They are so secretive and very strict if you break even a small rule, which I found out myself...

On the other hand people who dont like using ebay will use the more pleasant B A site in which it is very easy to contact Nathan and he replies straight away most of the times, but the prices are inflated by the stupid 10% buyers premium and GST crap! Sellers wont complain because they pay no selling fees!

The communication between buyer and seller can get nasty on ebay because you have to organise transaction between the two, but with B A, Biante take care of transactions which is more efficient.

There has been some listed, but you can't link directly to auctions, so most don't bother...

I hardly ever look at Biante Auctions, but regular surf Ebay...

There is a buy, sell, swap area on the Auctions site called the Car Yard and Wanted. Check the top tool bar line on the BA site.
