Does anyone know what happened to Troy Bayliss. I watched the MotoGp today and they said he was out for 3 rounds. I checked on the MotoGp site and there is no mention of how or what happened to him. I have managed to find out that he didn't practice in Japan so the injury has occured between the last round and this one. Thanks for any help.

Lol! Shane Byrne will be taking over his ride for the next two gp's. Bayliss hopes to be back in action at Phillip Island.

Thanx for the info. That will make it even harder for him to retain a decent ride for next year. There has been a rumour that he will go back to World Superbikes next year on a Ducati. I cant see that happening as Ducati dumped him last year. Maybe a straight swap with him and Vermulen is on the cards.

Superbikes is his best chance to stay on the world stage I think. Moto GP has passed him by.
