While they're making specials what about Mick Webbs SVO range from the same era.
AND
I know Dick Johnson made a special Turbo XF that came in a badge Blue colour. (i think there were 250 - could be wrong) He also made an EA which had 7 spoke wheels like the Sierra he was racing at the time, they would great models too.
Just food for thought,
Cheers.

What is Brock's Lada road car? The only Lada I know is the brand name of Russian passenger car, which through the years has been nothing but cheap (although reliable) knock off of FIAT.

I think this may have come about during the late '80 when Brock put his name on just about anything with wheels after the Holden split in a attempt to get a dollar.
cheers.

Yep you're wrong - Around the time of Brocky with his HDT, The Country Dealer Team (CDT) started with a little Gemini. They did a run of XEs called the Dick Johnson Turbo. That was Blue with a good body kit on it and 15" gold Enkies. I don't think there was anywhere close to 250 of them made though and i haven't really seen any in magazines for yonks.
When Ford dropped the V8 with the XF, Dick did look at developing a Turbo EFI Falcon. HKS turbos (in Japan) built a couple of test units but nothing really came of it. He almost got a SVO operating and yes he did design the red EA you're talking about (Saw it at Bathurst one year) but again nothing really came of it.
Hope it clears up a few things
