Kmart Team Livery for Bathurst

Just saw the new team livery for the KMart team in a magazine (think it was MotorAction? The one that is released every 2nd Wednesday, flicked through so many...)
It is to do with the "Cutting the cost of living" campaign they are running. The livery looks quite good and has a pair of scissors (looks like an X) in front of the Kmart logo on the side.
Check it out at your newsagent if you can.
Would be nice to see 'Murph and Kelly' win bathurst to add this fresh livery to the collection for Holden fans :)
I wonder how many other teams will take on a fresh livery???

Also the BA Falcon (in race livery) will do a few laps with DJ driving before the big race on Sunday (from the same mag).

I'm not sure about this new livery.

One thing I do know is that it's good to see one off livery's and lets hope that Biante make these into models.

just clicked through the link you provided to take a peak at the new kmart livery and arrived at the home page of holdenmotorsport.....
went to have a look at the item you mentioned and got a pop up stating i must register as a holden fan.........

The new livery is in both AutoAction or Motorsport News magazines.

The new livery is one part of a larger marketing campaign
centering around the new creative "Cutting the cost of living".
The design was originally just going to be a Bathurst Special,
however, due to the tight logistics of the final rounds, this design
will see out the remainder of the year.

An all new design is currently taking shape for 2003, although it hasyet to be determined if Kmart Racing will upgrade their existing carsto VY spec or just run in current VX spec until HRT pass on their VY's.The school of thought is that if a Holden is to win the championship
next year it will be a VX.

Yes Mr and Mrs Public, KMart is "the home of low prices" and we will continue to "cut the cost of living" by maintaining our sponsorship of a premier V8 Supercar Team.
