Sorry you feel its complicated! It is much easier than before...maybe its just different.
The Collector Club sign up is done once only, providing you click on the email. The reason we give you a number ie Biante10 something, is because we are allocating points for purchases to redeem later on models, etc and we need to have a security code that is consistant.
If you want to find Australian cars, or whatever, just type AUSTRALIAN into keywords and it will bring up all Aussie models...thats why its called "Easy search" Its easy.
Finishline log in uses the same passwords you have always used.
And your forum made it, and your Collector Club registration worked Stephen as well, so it's not hard, jus different for a while.
Happy collecting

I sympathise with u totally. It seemd like i was never going to get logged on. It does seem a bit weird, that u have to have two user names. The most common problem i have come across, is, i cant seem to log back on to the collecotrs site even though i had already registered.
Netherless, I think that in due time all these and other teething problems will be properly address and rectified...I Hope.
PS. I almost forgot, Bring back the Austalian models search function.

You don't have to ever go back to the Collector Club once you join!!
That is a once only, so if you buy a model later on we can give you a heap of Biante Bonus points to make it cheaper for members.
As far as the Australian cars go, it was super confusing before, as it was a quick fix and we got thousands of emails asking what was the difference between the Johnson car that was a Biante and the one that was an Australian model as we had to list them under two categories!!
ANYTHING you want now can be found by typing one word into 'Keywords' Autralian, Red, coupe, Lowndes, ...anything ! Gee..you cant get much easier than that.
Practise makes perfect guys.

ok, so what u are saying is , that we log on once to collectors club and once only. Would i be correct in saying that the reason i receive error messages on my screen evrytime i try to log back into it is becasue i havnt yet accumulate any points???

Yep that would be a cookies problem. What Browser are you using?
