I hear you there loste treasures, somany cars are coming out at once it is impossible to buy every single one before they run out. I haven't bought a car for quite a while and they just keep on coming. Question to Biante 'is it possible to limit the amount of cars released at too one or two a month or something like that to accomadate those of us that can'nt afford every car ?'. Like loste all donations greatfully received.

Now that we know the replica winners plaque is to be an addition to the Moffat 1977 Twin Set, does anyone know exactly how much cashola is needed to acquire "the lot" ?
It looks like the model cars will cost $340-$350 retail, so I hope that the plaque won't be an extra $100 on top.
Can be a bit much when obvious collectables are released in close succession, ie the Sierra, Moffat Twin Set, and the VR/VX Brock cars. You can't just put one off for a month as it won't be there for you the next !!!

When I saw the pic in the showroom I thought that the plaque would be released with the twin set - but after reading the newsletter I guess not :( I wonder how much extra it will be?! Hope its not too much extra.
Just remember Guys that Biante are in business to make money, not to be our budget advisors. I am in business to make money and I don't put out products in dribs and drabs so that the customer can afford it. The fact is that a majority of customers make me money to offset the minority of customers who buy smaller amounts. If Biante only stagnated their releases the price would be over double what we pay now as the production would be fewer and the way to make the same amount of money would be in a price rise.

I, ve taken on a second job to pay for my Biante fix, i dont like doing it but i want the models so it has to be done.
I do agree that too many are pumped out, and if you dont buy them at release price then expect to pay up to double on the auction sites.
Still, at least i'm spending money on something i enjoy and not ------- up a wall downtown somewhere!!:)
Cheers. cya at the mount.

If you make sure that all the cars at the top of your want list are at the bottom of Biante's production list, then voila! One car every 2 years, and easily affordable...I'm just glad I don't buy the V8 Supercars...

Maybe they should release all the cars at once.......then we could all get over our addiction.....lol......

Whats all the complaining, there has not been a decent race car released for over 2 months.
When was the last commodore released in 1/18th. You guys that have to have one of everything just are not satisified. Someone like me that collects moden race cars has had to wait most of the year (Q2 & Q3) without a car released only 00 motorsport and shell.
I have even been swayed to buy CC 1/43rds just to see some new cars in the cabinet. Lucky Minichamps have been releasing F1 or I would be very toe'ie buy now.
