EBAY has it, but Not Biante

Just wondering if i've missed something somewhere. Ebay currently has an auction for a Biante VS Clubsport but instead has a photo of a Red VS GTS the exact model im after.

Problem is that the Biante webiste states only 'Development Approved' for the VS GTS or practically all the VS HSV's models.

If i've missed it on the site could someone point me in the right direction so that i can purchase it.

The ebay seller seems to be from Germany of all places which makes it even more confusing and suss imo.

Have AutoArt made it already for a wider market? I ask because Germany often has AutoArts that are only Development Approved on the Biante site, ie the Soper BMW M3 that I'm after. That's been out in the UK and Europe for some time but not here.

From the quality of the paint it looks like a Code 3, and the "nameless producer" thing may be a poor way of saying this (maybe it doesn't translate so well from German). The seller has a reasonable rating and no negatives, so I would guess isn't trying to pull a fast one.

Interesting to note that the same seller is also selling VS HSV GTS-R
VS HSV Clubsport in blue
VS HSV Clubsport in Silver
plus a vic police LHD SAAB painted up just like the VX SS SMART cars biante released a little while ago in 1:18.

It does make me wonder how someone in Germany could have their hands on items that appear to look not to simular to the ones Biante are set to release in the not too distant future (I speaking of all apart from the SAAB) ???
