Not just u Wayno.I just voted on the wanted 2004/2005 Supercars thread and ended up reading the S.Richards v T.Kelly thread!
That's the thread! Ok, at least it's not just me so that's a start. When something weird happens on my pc my first thought is ALWAYS user error! :o
I'm pretty hopeless with these things. eg. I've had my pc for two years and only today worked out how to take songs from cd and store them in the hard drive!

G'day Nathan, I just went and clicked on a couple of my attached images from within the User CP section and none of them are working, are they still there or not ? If not i will delete them from my attachments folder as it seems to be a lot of wasted space for something not there.
bump ???

Is this just me? I just voted in the models you would like to see poll and after I'd voted the thread under the results (which were correct) related to some poll about an incident between two drivers?
Or should I just ease back on the bourbon?
You'd better keep on drinking buddy as it's still doing it.......jumps from the thread about the models to one about steven richards crashing....

Hi Nathan , I noticed while browsing through the "models released so far from biante" on the website that aproximately pre- October last year all the release numbers for 1/43 and 1/18 scale were listed underneath each item but since then only a select few have been listed with their release amounts , have these been overlooked and/or are the others going to be updated .
I know you guys at Biante have been busy lately but this information helps when researching models of interest .
Cheers Jim .

Nice, it works if you link directly to the attachment...
Please show me how I view the attachments in THIS (http://forums.biante.com.au/showpost.php?p=124546&postcount=481) post?
I think this one has landed on deaf ears Leigh....... :(

I think the list of all Biante releases should be on the menu instead of having to search for it, with a list of 1:18, 1:43, and 1:64 as sub menus. How about it Nathan....

Well for those of you interested who don't want to have to buy something to find out, why don't you try the FAQ section
http://www.biante.com.au/faqs.htm?id=6
While it's not in scale order it is in release order, that said I have many times posted a complete list of the minicars in the more minicars thread if that helps anyone.

I've just found out about some new features of the new website.
Is there somewhere on the site that has a list of the new features? That way we can utilise them rather than stumbling across them. I do assume that any new features were added for US to use...

One thing I really like about this new forum format is that it only marks post as 'read' once they've been read. This means I can go back and read posts I haven't read anytime I like. The old forum used to mark all posts as 'read' everytime I visted, which meant sometimes I lost track of which ones I had read and which ones I hadn't.
I also like the 'image pending' bit which shows an image is there waiting for approval. One thing that does annoy me a little bit (only a little!) is that attached images don't open in a new window. Sometimes I click on an image, then in-advertently close the whole window when I've finished (:o) when closes the whole forum page. Is it possible to get attached images to automatically open in a new window (without right-clicking)?

Hi Nathan,
I have the same issue as KRF, and have that box unchecked...Unchecking that box stops the images (including the images in signatures) loading within the thread and requires clicking on the link to view the image.
When clicking on the link, it opens in the same window, rather than a new window...meaning that you can't continue reading the thread while waiting for images to load, and causing the issue that once viewed, one has to press back...
Cheers

Nathan - I don't think its any that you just added yesterday, as noticed it was a few from the lot before (a few days ago) in the 'just added section'. Off the top of my head, there's a LM in the Sports Cars and a few LM's & Sports Racers in the Touring Cars. There maybe others but stuffed if I'm going through that lot again :D Like I said, nothing major but does make it easier for search once they've moved from Just Added to the Main System. Cheers :)

No worries Nathan, I've had another look and they are still there, so I have sent a PM. I did think about saying something earlier when I first noticed, but I have court myself out on a few occasions by jumping in too early and not giving you time to get to the problem at hand (what???....a collector learning to be more patient :D ) Thanks Chris :)

I'm having an issue searching for the Biante Racing Legends, when I use Biante Racing Legends as a search it only brings up the '88 Johnson Sierra?
Edit: Just tried it again and it returned 25 cars now which I assume is all of them so, please disregard!

This has now been fixed. You can also search for the Legends by typing BL6 in the model search window. This is the product prefix for all the legends

Is there any chance of having a "return to biante forum" link at the bottom of the pages for individual threads, Instead of scrolling back to the top of the page everytime you want to go back the the disscussion list? Even the same list thats at the top of the page, if you know what I mean. Sounds silly, but its a pain in the bum always scrolling back to the top of the page....:D

Just a quick question.
Are we still able to create links to websites without having to paste the full url into the thread - i.e. like we used to be able to where we could have a piece of text which was linked to the said website/page ? Just like my hyperstimulator link in my signature which was pasted from the old format.
If we still can, could someone please tell me how, as I don't know.
many thanks,
