G'day all,

Well the gaming bug has hit Wayno again & so we're trying to organise another group booking at Narre Warren.

This time it will be on Saturday the 14th of January starting at 9:30am & the cost is $50ea

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about just click here (http://www.forums.biante.com.au/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6927&highlight=hyper) to read about our last group booking or you can click on the Hyperstimulator (http://www.redmist.com.au) link in the tag under my post.

If you're interested in coming along, please pm me or Wayno.

At present we have about 5 people interested and we need 8 to lock in the session. They only have 10 Hyperstimulators so it would be great if we could fill them as they are a lot of fun with a full grid.

cheers. :)

Nice of you to blame me for this Brad! Your wife doesn't read this by any chance does she?
I don't mind. I'm telling my wife it's YOUR fault. Just have to keep her away from the forum! :D

Sorry guys, I won't be able to make it. I'll be sitting in real cars all day at Calder.

Have you organised who is going to 'take-out' Brad yet? Hehehe...

I'm sure you will all have fun!

Well what a fantastic day it was for all involved. Great fun, great racing, great company. For those interested it ended in a draw with Brad losing two races to Wayno.....much to his dismay

Thanks guys I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your early morning, as I know I sure did :)

What I want to know is how much practice Wayno has been having at home as I'm sure we were all impressed with his rapid improvement since our last visit. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw out in his garden shed at home a brand spanking new hyper :D

Perhaps we could get a few more members to attend (8 to 10 people) and perhaps do it once a month (for ten months) and form our own racing league ???

Then any practice would be 1/2price ($15 per/hr) and at the end of the season one of us would be taking home a clubman hyper kit

cheers. :)

It doesn't have to be, I can just do cameo races & start from rear of grid every so often if you wish :D

Gee brad sounds like your desperate enough to get one by stealth. Does the missus not want to have a hyperstim in the house? Mine has cracked it and told me i cant have mine back till we buy a bigger house.

Well I would but my wife would allow one in her house, even though we have two empty bedrooms, just waiting for some furniture  .....

That said I do make sure I go down for practice at least once a month & in fact so too has Wayno since we shared a car in the Bathurst 100 race back in late October.

I will say that I have approval for one, provided it goes in my shed, the problem is however after buying a new ride on mower last Friday the account for the shed only has $60 in it, so it's going to be a while off yet :(

cheers.

My son had a go in one of these when we went to Summernat19 (1st time I've ever been).

Christopher put down quite a respectable lap of Albert Park:cool: (I don't remember the exact lap time but a lot better than many of his older competitors.).

8 year old & already better than his old man:o

Singer, the games deffinately help ;). My middle bro raced at the 2000 AGP meet in the F/ford class, he'd never raced there before, he did however spend endless hours playing Microprose GP2 with Albert Park which he said helped him, he did win the karcher hard charger award that meet ;)...

My other brothers son has used the race sims since he was about 7 and now races karts...... Mind you doesnt work for everyone... i once saw a former Touring Car driver who still races in other classes look totally uncomfy in the sim ;)
