The game was thrown by NSW to keep the series alive in Melbourne. A dead rubber means not as many bums on seats in VIC. THE BLUES WILL WIN THE SERIES AS I DOUBT QLD WILL BE ABLE TO PERFORM AT THAT LEVEL AGAIN. But congrats to QLD, they did play well.:(

i'm aproud nsw man born and bred in sydney. if qld win the series good on them, but if the blues win, well, could that spell the enduring dominance of a one sided competition for years to come???????? if it's headed that way, will anyone really care????????

I'm no Schumacher fan but I do admit he's something spectacular. I'm happy I will be able to say to my Grand Kids that I watched the great M. SChumacher win all his World Championships.

granted clubbie...he's a great champ. but if the blues keep winning the origin series, and i'm a blue man through and through...it will become boring.there's nothing wrong with losing once in a while. i dont regret us losing the ashes to the poms last year either. because when they come here this summer, we're gonna flog em.

As a Canberran who supports NSW i'm glad QLD won; i'm assuming the video ref was from Vic? To go w/ the ground?
