For Holden fans, '68 will be remembered as the year that the HK Monaro finished 1-2-3 at Bathurst. But it was also the year that the Alfa Romeo 1750's finished 4th, 6th & 7th (ahead of two Ford XT GT's) . Not a bad performance considering the Alfa had only 1/3 of the engine capacity of the Monaro's & Falcons !
With Autoart producing an attractive 1/18 road version of the Alfa 1750 would there be interest for a limited production run of Kevin Bartlett's class winning '68 Bathurst Alfa 1750 ?
How many could Biante sell - 500 ? (probably not economic but a nice dream !)

Yes I am. Put me down for two !!! And if AutoArt could someday do a 1:18 Alfa Romeo 116 series Alfetta GTV6 production road car, together with a 1985 ATCC Group A Colin Bond & Alan Jones variant, a lot of people are going to be mighty happy. Sales of the ATCC Group A version would be, I imagine, rather limited, however the 'street' version would go bananas worldwide !!! No question. Alfa Romeo built less than 23,000 Alfetta GTV6s, so I'm not going to hold my breath !!! Oh well...

The two cars mentioned are already being developed.
Quantities wont be huge, but...you never know.

Hi Admin
Thank you for your response. Are you referring to the '68 105 series GTV1750 or the '85 116 series GTV6 ? Please advise. Thank you very much.
