[Oh Five]

can anyone tell me about the supercar ride that you can get by being a club 1 member. A: How much is it and B: Has anyone done it? thanks.

I was trying to find my club 1 newsletters but couldn't find them (rooms a bit of a mess).. but I think it is $500 and includes 1 lap out, 1lap and then 1lap back to the pits. Includes lunch, photo and a few other items.

For $500 is it worth it? Maybe...

Goldie I would pay 500 bucks for that. I have just joined the devil racer club so if they offer something like that I will be in like flynn.

I am still kicking myself. Last year the mustang club NSW had a race day down at wakefield park. I took my XR down for the day and did laps. I also got 40 odd minutes out on the track with a friend in his 70 GT-500 Shelby Mustang. Kevin Waldock was also there in a 355 Ferrari in which he took me out for 3 laps, now that was a car, on the back straight it ate the shebly up and spat it out.

The thing I missed out on, stupid me was 4 laps, driving an OZ car for 120 bucks.

The package is pretty much as Goldie said.

A uy from my area went on the last one that was run and he said it was the best thing ever.

He loved it so much that he paid for a second go.

The one thing he said was it is a different ride in the back compared to the front.

A few years ago Glenn Seton offered laps in his new AU for $1000.00 with all of the things that are being given by club 1.
At the time I was at uni and had extreamly liminited funds, subsequently I missed out, do you think I regret it ? - I sure do!!!
For $500 bucks, what could be better - other than a ride in a DJR Falcon !!!!!
