Attention Everyone! My name is Gary Cutri and I have been sending an "I wish" to Biante every week for them to make a model of the cars from Corsa Specialized Vehicles. CSV have had Australia's fastest Production Car for the past ten years and the cars are fantasic. Could you have a look at www.csvaustralia.com and if you decide you like these cars (Read "About CSV", very interesting) please put in a "I Wish" as these cars are a part of Australian history as the have been around for almost as long as HSV (10 Years)and still HSV have yet to produce a car that is faster. So PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have a look and let me and Biante know what you think.
Dear Admin,
If you email me what it costs to have a car made I am willing to put money towards it, I not saying I'm rich but I will do anything to get a 1:43, 1:18, 1:12 CSV Veloce. I own the real thing so getting these models means everything to me.
Here is a link to my real car

Hi Gary,
Do you work at CSV or just own a CSV.
I like there 305kw Monaro which is 50kw more powerful than a CV8 and 5kw more powerful than a GTS Coupe.
I'm impressed by that.
With the HRT 427 in the June or July issue of Motor they said HSV and CSV would work together on a 7 litre monaro but at the Motorshow they said it was a Holden/HSV project.
Is that just an excuse from Holden trying to take crdeit instead of CSV or did CSV help at any time during the HRT 427's devolopment?
I'd love to see CSV 1/64,1/43 and 1/18's.
Didn't Windsor have a CSV dealer a few years ago?
Cheers SWRT
CSV's,the most powerful and best Holdens of all.

SWRT,
I own two CSV's and I help out on weekends at the CSV factory. As far as the HRT we have our own car that we are working on which is a Mondo GT with a 7Ltr engine. HRT is not going to use that engine that they had on show as it is from their Nations Cup car, I think it is just a publicity stunt in light of Ford upping the stakes. When or if HRT releases this car it will only have a 6.4Ltr engine (From what has been said). Hawkesbury Valley Holden in Windsor are still a dealer for CSV and the dealer in Adelaide is Smith Motors. But if Biante had a CSV Veloce and Mondo GT model I think they would sell like hotcakes. Also considering that CSV cars are based on a Holden shell it wouldn’t take long to make a few changes to make on a CSV.

gary, there are quite a few guys out there that modify biante cars and most of them do quite a good job. you could try asking one of them to modify a gts or clubsport (the new white one!) into youe corsa. i cant wait till i finish my vacuum former then i can do good quality custom body kits for my cars. (but im still waiting on exact size plans to build my vac former)

Could someone let me know or recommend someone who could do a model of my Veloce and the Mondo GT?

I have kept my eye on Corsa vehicles way back from day one. My fav was the black VS Corsa which featured on front page of Wheels magazine several years ago. It was a story titled "move over GT, Corsa is King!"... I remember the story well, that car pulled some very impressive quarter mile times (14.3 sec .but I cant remember exactly.)
The rear end of that car with the dual exhaust, one either side, looked tough. I think a model car would be just as popular as the HSV's.

Motor Magazine July 1996 "Move Over GTHO!" - "The Fastest Aussie supercar EVER is the new, street-legal 400 horsepower Corsa Commodore". Back in 1996 this VS CSV was producing 310KW and 636Nm @5500RPM with a 5.8Ltr Stoker engine. The car was pulling a 13.5 second quarter miles. This car is still sitting in Peter's shed looking like the day it was built.
As MOTOR said "Thanks for the sweet memories, HOey,(GTHO) but we must now hail the new king"
Excuse my ignorance , it was Modern Motor Mag..... I flick through all my old mags on occasions & that car always sticks out in my mind. I actually remember a guy who drove a CSV around Sydneys eastern subs in a Sherbrook Green CSV if my mind serves me well, on the road they looked fantastic. I still think to this day it is the only one I have seen.

I do the same. I saw at CSV a few weeks ago he still has about 50 posters of that VS Veloce sitting in the store room. It is the only poster that he ever had printed, I might ask him if I can buy one.
