Mad Max

I've seen an after market conversion of a Biante XA/XB/XC Coupe into the black beast from Mad Max 1. Just wondered in Biante had given any consideration to producing such a model. The licencing / royalty issues would be a nightmare but this model would presumably also have wide appeal in the USA (and elsewhere) so the production numbers could be higher than normal to offset additional costs. What is the interest in such a model from collectors on this forum ?

Dinkum once made an interceptor in 1:24 (pic Attached, But a Biante 1:18 would be spectacular

I am sure if all us collecters got together we could put a petition togeather to the studio to get the rights to the models.

That would be great. I now for a fact that over 500 pieces could sell immediately in the States. however don't get your hopes up . As I and several others have posted this question and there doesn't seem to be an interest in producing it for what ever reason.:(
