Dont get me wrong I like and own a HSV. I have just started collecting diecast cars and have a Devil yellow HSV and a Employees edition Monaro and then i decided to purchase the walkie. To my disapointment the quality is just not there. I dont know if its just mine but it looks like it has came out of a bodgey panel shop the lines are not perfect like the munro's.

I'm afraid I'm feeling a bit daft about you post.
What is the walkie you are not happy with ?
cheers.

To Biante's defence, that model was produced well before the Monaro's, which could explain your disapointment in the diffenencing of qualty between the two models.
I've been buying various Biante/AutoArt models since the first Track Red XY & the same could be said if you compared that model to the latest offerings from Biante.
Point of my comments,
Biante seem to be (are) always improving the standard of their models & the next one always seem to be much (much) better than the last one that was produced.
We should all be happy about this because, I can remember back a little over 5 yrs ago when we didn't have Biante & the hope of having an Australian model car was simply a pipe deam.
While this might not cheer you up, it may help to put things into perspective & answer your question.
cheers.

I agree with brchi17 they just get better all the time, but in the Walkinshaw`s case as with most metalic coulors, the size of the metalic flake is not scaled down, this could be because it would change the colour a bit, but i am sure it could be done.
