Moving south , very south

Well , my time in the tropics has ended and with it comes a new job , and a new home . In a few short weeks we will be off to Trentham in Victoria which means , three, not,one race tracks nearby , (nice for my bike) .Heaps more diecast shops , the MotoGP , WSBK , F1 (for now) and V8's . My new job will see me away a bit (its in the oil industry) but when I am back on land there will be much more for the kids and us to do . Looking forward to maybe catching up with some Victorian members ( we will be living two doors from a pub called "the pig and whistle") .

I have had 21 years in the military and am looking forward to a change.

A nice part of Victoria your moving to, some great roads for the motor bike, if your over forty there is a very active Uylsses club up that way.

Not quite forty yet , we were in Gisborne a couple of weeks ago looking for a house and the Ulysees mob rode in to town , the looked like they were having fun . The roads around MT Macedon looked like fun too . Can't wait to get the bike down there and amuse myself.

You sound like my Dad when he got out've the RAAF after 25 years, buddy, but you're going to really notice the climate change! Good luck with it.:)
