Hey, there were 4000 of the Series 1 cars made. They pop up on ebay every now and then - the one you're after is "flame red" or "flame orange" - heres one that went a few days ago on ebay -
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/HOLDEN-V2-MONARO-CV8-LIM-EDITION-1-18-BIANTE-ORANGE-NEW_W0QQitemZ170259680656QQihZ007QQcategoryZ27157Q QssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
they're always popping up so if ur patient you'll get one at a good price. other wise try www.gatewaymodels.com.au (http://www.gatewaymodels.com.au) - i had a look on their website but they dont have one listed, but i think i've seen one in there before and they probably still have it - give them a call/email - will cost you more then ebay.
good luck - remember, the chase is half of the fun - so enjoy!
