I think the description "Handbuilt" suggests that they are not standard issue Minichamps, although the box behind the morris car looks like a Minichamps. The other one is hard to tell.
I have never seen these before.

These are special build ones a bit like the POZ cola model
The Jagermeister model might be an altered one ,made from a (standard) issue and the box behind is looks like an old Minichamps box.
These sort of models are great if you are into these sort of models.
You will never do them like that for less. and they are base minichamps!
I am still looking for my POZ Ferrari in 1/43. I am making this one in 1/18 which is quit eazy
Your modifying 1/18 F355 models into the Bowe Poz cola GTP car.
Put me down for your 2nd one,it would be great beside my 1/18 Bowe Mustang.

Whoever is selling these had better pray that Coca-Cola do not see it.
We had the BMW team boss ask the Coke man at Bathurst on the day these cars raced and he got an emphatic "NO" to permission for us (PMA) and Paul's team to make a model.
You can make one for yourself, but sell it and it becomes a Trade mark infringement.
Thanks guys and Admin.
I just got a reply from this German seller. They are both CODE3 models, which means someone converted them by applying aftermarket decals. He also says that CODE3 models are very common in Germany.
I do have a 1/43 Bowe POZ COLA Ferrari F355, it has Minichamps's barcode on the box. (433 974022) Limited edition of 100 pcs. As far as I understand this is a promotional code... does anyone know more about this model? when was it released? and by whom?

It was special commissioned from here in Australia and in a specific limited number .As far as I know they came via the importer for minichamps of Australia to the source that ordered it from the factory hence the barcode and desription on the box.
These were appeantly on sale ,but must have missed them:mad:
If there is someone that wants to sell me one or swap whatever ;I am interested!! Please do not ask me what I am willing to pay for it make up your mind yourself and a firm commitment on your site to sell and I will say yes or no firmly .I have had enough teasers !!
I just bought someones entire collection of F1 Mclarens as this person is getting out of anything non ferrari, and other bits and pieces all old pre 1997 stuff :)

I have had a better look at creating this POZ Ferrari in 1/18.
To do it well I am going to need the following;
1 red coldwheels ferrari F355F1 at $40
1 silver coldwheelsferrari f355 Challenge at $90
2 times fERRARI F333SP to get the correct race wheels and only the front wheels do fit and can be used at $90 each $180
then the decals and the doing! $310 + and 3 wrecked/incomplete models. Will I or won't I ,do I have a wooden eye?!
This just illustrates that these one offs are always a labour of love and passion.
Bye the way for a bit of info ; I just aquired 2 models that must be some sort of commemorative to the Targa Tasmania race.
they are a silver Porsche with the targa logo on the bonnet and the doors made by solido of all they are in a box and look like a factory issue much like this POZ car. :)
