I was curious if they will continue doing the Young Lions car or Young Guns as they have been renamed. This team will run in the Konica series and is supposedly being run by John Faulkner as a way of giving experience to young drivers before stepping up to V8 Supercars. It may depend if Biantes sponsorship will continue.

Have you seen his new car (he bought the Green eyed monster from 00 Motorsport) ???

I was under standing he was going to continue with the colours he had on his EL.

Any new news would be appreciated,

cheers.

ps I think Admin said a while ago that they were going to make the HYL car when they spoke of the VY racer.

Did she say much about the responce from other Konica competitors after hearing what he had bought ???

I heard that some of the competitors were not happy to hear about Terry getting the Green Eyed Monster as they felt he might have an unfair adventage.

But when you consider that HYL will be in Konica this year (well as a SBR supported car & numerious other Level 1 cars that are rumored), I suppose he was only doing what needs to be done to stay at the pointy end of the field.

To be honest his EL (I think it was an ex-DJR one) was getting a bit old in the tooth, so it only bears to reason that he would purchase a good AU (if there's such a thing as a good AU!!!).

cheers.

yeah i dont think terry will have an advantage a disadvantage would be more the case as most of the other competitors will have too.

but you have to think back to last year dumbrells car was so quick as it was bullit proof and had the advantage with 00 motorsports guys preparing it.

and terry is having a test day soon with 00 motorsport

So are 00 preparing it or is Terry doing it in his factory at the 'Barra ???

not in the way of preparing his car but they will be helping him out when he needs it.

Yes I argee, it would be great to see Terry do well as it been quite a while since he's had some success. Remeber the old BP Auscars, then the Thunderbird, he certaintly has it in him, given the equipment is up to the task (actually I can think of quite a lot of people in the same boat, Seton springs to mind instantly).
cheers.

Great news about the EL :D

I good to hear that some of our regular privertees are going well & Terry certaintly deserves some luck & good fortune, considering the number of years he has been racing on his own $$$'s
