View Full Version : Who'd like a Team Monaro Targa Taz and NZ 3 set?
The Brock/Brock Targa 1/43 is sensational.
How's does a 3 set sound with Targa Tasmania Brock/Brock and Richards/Cole Monaros and Brock/Cole Targa NZ Monaro.
In both events Brocky got top 10 finishes.
The gift set would be very popular.
Also a Jim Richards set of Targa Tasmaina winners would be great,
Jimmy won 1996-98 events in the same Porsche but I'm not sure with Porsches Jim won the 2000-02 Targas in.
I think he'll do this years Targa in the same Porsche as last year.

Is there any way of viewing these vehicles? Before I cast my vote.

You all know me views on Box / Gift sets, YES YES YES there should be more of them in 1/43rd and more effort put into coming up with the themes. These sets make great displays, just look at the current GMP and minichamp sets the Senna 41 box is a good example. Just imagine a Brock top five race cars selected by him from the examples that we have made already or about to get in the next couple of years, a good quality display box with a small bio on why he chose them with both classic and modern cars in it would be fantastic.
Keep sending Biante the ideas and suggestions

i have the completely opposite views on this, i think there should be single releases of models, i think its just an excuse to cash in on more of the same model. when they say X amount, why should that mean X amount + some with an extra decal + some in a different box + some for another country + even more in a box with a different car or two.
these are my views and as i dont like box sets i just dont buy them.

I'm with chups on this one. I also have an extensive CD collection and nothing irritates me more than a re-release of a title I own with one or two tracks added.
Some people might snap up two models that only differ slightly. Of course, how one translates 'slightly different' is purely subjective.
I mean, seriously, how different is the 'option 97' Cobra going to look? I'd like to say I wouldn't jump at slightly different models, but I think I'll be getting this one.
