Ducks,
Here's a direct quote from Brocky himself, "The polarizer is a transmitter that sends out an ultra-high frequency charge that's neither electric nor magnetic. It's a form of energy called orgone energy..it makes the car run quieter, smoother and takes away a lot of those oscillations and squeaks because the molecules are in nice alignment. It's the difference between flying over a piece of natural bush and an orchard, one is random, the other is ordered."
Apparently this device drew energy from the atmosphere via a sticker that had to be positioned exactly on the rear window.
He gives credit to a Dr Eric Dowker as being the co developer.
I don't know if this device was ever proven one way or the other.
Hope this helps.

Ducksguts, if you can get hold of a book by Bill Tuckey, called the Rise and fall of Peter Brock, this will tell you everything you need to know. When i saw your thread, i dragged mine out of the bookcase and am currently reading it again.
Feb 1987 was a very sad time for us Brock/HDT fans, which i guess out of all that "****fight" , hrt hsv was born.

Orgone energy is one of those "magic" energies so beloved of new agers, which are not measurable or detectable in any way. It was originally "invented" by a guy called Wilhelm Reich, who made "orgone batteries" out of plywood boxes and aluminium foil, and which he said could be charged by the "power of prayer". He described orgone energy as the "universal sex energy" that drives all living things, and it's no wonder that Holden got a bit twitchy at the thought of Brock thinking this magic energy might help their cars, via a sticker on the back window and some crystals (of unspecified type) in the engine bay......

Nobody to this day can tell with certainty how or who build the Pyramids and the absolute perfect fit in location to a lot of natural laws.
also the way they were constructed and the way the blocks fit so VERY well.
Because our brain can not comprehend it (and I cannot even spell) ) does not automaticly mean it cannot be.
On the other side a lot of loopy tossers are using anything to get out of a decent day's work for a decent reward and this subject has been muddeled by lots of boxes and alu. foil and the like
Brock being Brock is /was let in a certain way wich turned out to be a deadend street, but has come back even stronger.
HSV turning into HRT is not a good thing in my book with the likes of Jeff (whinging) Greigg and Tom Thingkingslow
The way Lownes is operating ,he might need some alufoil and a few cristals very shortly! maybe he got a shock out of the HSV/HRT storeroom :D bargainbin leftovers!

Ferrari Fan, the pyramids have been the subject of a lot of wild speculation, but I'm afraid all the talk about their "perfect dimensions" and the "fact" that the sides are an exact fraction of the distance from the earth to sun etc, were quickly disproved by simply getting a tape measure out! They are an incredible achievement, even by today's engineering feats, but no more mystical than my house.....The point I was making about the Polariser was that all it took was one slightly nutty guy to come up with this previously unheard-of idea of orgone energy off the top of his head (and he put "orgone batteries" on top of mountains to help mankind in some way or other), without ANY scientific proof, and some people accepted it unquestioningly. And by "proof" I mean an idea that can be independently tested by rigorous means, and can show verifiable and consistent results.

Thanks for the info fellas.. :)

I think i might try out a bit of feng shui on my falcon.. its all in the placement of the "smelly tree" and the "no fear" sticker. :p
