Well just got back from a day in the sun:sweatdrop:
As usual there were the dreamer sellers but a few bargains as well.
I nearly cried a couple of times. The first was listening to one buyer asking if the seller had a Brock Porsche, he replied that he had one back at the shop (NSW) and it was $850.
the buyer told him to put it aside and he would organise payment. I said to the Mrs i should pull him aside and offer mine for $700 ($300ish more than what i reckon their worth !)
The other was seeing an 01 and 03 Bathurst winner no box or coa for $200 ea but the guy would do them for $300 for me.
Very tempted but they had a few marks on them and missing aerials, plus when asked what happened to the box etc, replied "thats how i got them" ! mmmmmm.

I also like how some people think we are all stupid.
1 car i was interested in was claimed to have never been on display and wanted top dollar, i asked had they checked it out and yes it was perfect. I then opened it up to find it covered in dirt (not dust) missing aerial, wiper and a emblem . The "gentleman" took offence to me calling him a tool (cleaned up for G rating ), but the crowd around me agreed:D
